With a diverse career encompassing healthcare, design, and nutrition, I bring a unique perspective to supporting my clients’ well-being. My professional journey began in nursing, where I gained invaluable experience working in medical, surgical, and intensive care settings. This role gave me an insight into the intricate connection between emotional, mental, and physical health, as well as the importance of personalised care.
After starting a family, I pursued my passion for creativity by completing an interior design course and running a successful consultancy for 15 years. During this time, I also expanded into personal styling, helping clients enhance their confidence by aligning their outward appearance with their sense of self. These experiences strengthened my understanding of how our emotional state and self-image profoundly influence both our health and overall well-being.
A turning point in my career came when I was invited to co-lead a workshop on menopause, combining personal style and nutrition. When my colleague was unable to participate, she encouraged me to take the lead. While I felt able to address external transformation, I realised I wanted to provide deeper support by addressing health from within. This inspired me to train as a naturopathic nutritionist, equipping me with the knowledge and tools to help clients achieve true balance in their lives.
Today, I integrate my medical background, creativity, and nutritional training to provide holistic support tailored to each individual’s needs. My mission is to empower my clients to feel at their best; enhancing vitality, confidence, and overall health.
My Approach
I take a naturopathic approach to health, addressing both symptoms and their underlying causes to support long-term well-being. By combining personalised nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and natural therapies, I help restore balance and enhance the body’s ability to heal. Whether looking to improve digestion, lose weight, boost energy, balance hormones or manage a chronic condition, I create tailored wellness plans to support specific health needs naturally.
